These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of HireHeight ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

HireHeight is a job matching and employer review platform. We do not guarantee that any user will receive a job offer, interview, hire, or candidate placement.

Use of the service

You agree to provide accurate information and to use HireHeight only for lawful job search, hiring, recruiting, or related employment purposes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use HireHeight. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian permission. By submitting a profile or job posting, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Job seekers

Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, skills, contact information, and work preferences. HireHeight may show matches based on submitted information, but matches are not guarantees of employment.

Employers

Employers must submit accurate job, company, pay, and contact information. Employers may not post fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, abusive, unsafe, or unlawful opportunities. Employers agree to comply with all applicable employment, labor, equal opportunity, and anti-discrimination laws when using HireHeight.

Prohibited employer conduct

Review and removal

HireHeight may review, reject, edit, hide, or remove employer submissions, job posts, candidate profiles, or platform access at any time to protect users or the Service.

No employment agency guarantee

HireHeight may help connect job seekers and employers, but it does not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate suitability, background checks, legal compliance, compensation, or continued employment. HireHeight is not an employment agency, recruiter, or staffing firm, and does not act as an employer of any user.

User responsibility

Users should independently verify job opportunities, employers, candidates, and communications. Do not send money, banking details, or sensitive identification unless you have verified the employer and are using proper hiring channels.

Intellectual property

The HireHeight name, design, site content, and related materials are owned by HireHeight or its operator unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse the site or branding without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

HireHeight is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, HireHeight and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or employment-related damages arising from use of the site, including lost wages, missed opportunities, or harm caused by other users. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HireHeight and its operator from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submissions, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of HireHeight will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

HireHeight may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine to be harmful to other users or to the Service.
